National Disability Employment Awareness Month. The FNS Diversity and Inclusion team built an afternoon program around the theme “My Disability Is One Part of Who I Am,” and Jody closed it: comedy, motivation, disability awareness and his own life as a stutterer, followed by audience Q&A.
Proof: the agency’s official event brochure, which lists Jody as Act II. This is also where Amman Seehra first saw him — the start of three New Jersey bookings.
Morale at our facility the next day was at an all-time high, and we have none other than Jody to thank for that.
