This website, jodyfuller.com, is operated by Jody Fuller (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the booking request form, email us or call, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, organization, email address, phone number, event date, location and audience information. The booking form is hosted by our CRM provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel) on our behalf.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Embedded YouTube videos load only when you click play and are served through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
How we use it
- To respond to booking inquiries and provide quotes, contracts and event logistics
- To send information you request, such as the media kit or program details
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the business (CRM, email, analytics, scheduling), who are bound to use it only for those purposes, or when required by law.
Text messages and email
If you provide a mobile number on the booking form, we may reply by text message about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This site is a static website and sets no first-party tracking cookies of its own. Analytics and embedded services may set cookies subject to their own policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site’s core content.
Data retention
Booking inquiries and client records are retained as long as needed to serve the engagement and meet accounting and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. Email jody@jodyfuller.com.
Children
This site is intended for event professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
