Annual meetings, employee appreciation days, lineman rodeos, statewide association conferences and board retreats. Clean comedy and leadership from a speaker the cooperative industry keeps rebooking.
Jody has worked annual meetings, appreciation days and statewide conventions in 46 states, from Georgia EMC and TVPPA to rural water and propane associations across the country. Distribution co-ops, G&Ts, municipal utilities and telephone and broadband co-ops all book him the same way.
A cooperative annual meeting is three audiences in one room — members who came for the door prizes, employees who have heard every speaker, and directors who have to sit through the business session first. Jody plays to all three.
He has keynoted for Georgia EMC, TVPPA, the Alabama Rural Electric Association, Alabama Power, Grand Valley Power, Cooperative Response Center, Caney Fork Electric, Hopkinsville Electric System and rural water and propane associations across the Southeast and Midwest. He grew up in a small Alabama town, spent 24 years in uniform, and talks like the members — which is why the members listen.

On October 12, 2026, comedian and motivational speaker Jody Fuller delivered a memorable presentation for employees of Caney Fork Electric Cooperative in McMinnville, Tennessee.
Combining humor, encouragement and real-world experience, Jody connected with employees from all backgrounds and delivered a program that kept generating conversations long after the event.
In a signed letter of recommendation, General Manager Jason Riley praised Jody’s professionalism, authenticity and commitment to his audience.
“Jody brought an energy and humor that provided a meaningful morale boost for our workforce.”
Riley also highlighted Jody’s willingness to spend additional time with employees, particularly fellow military veterans. A former U.S. Army officer with three deployments to Iraq, Jody values every opportunity to connect with those who have served.

That is where he is at his best. He arrives early, sits through the business meeting, and opens with what just happened in the room — the director election, the door prizes, the CEO’s slide count. Members who were reaching for their keys sit back down.
Yes. No profanity, no politics, nothing you would not want a nine-year-old or a ninety-year-old to hear. Jody’s Dry Bar Comedy special is the standard; every clip on the Videos page is the same material.
He knows it. Jody has performed for statewide electric, rural water, propane and natural gas associations and dozens of individual co-ops. He will still ask for your storm stories, retirements, service territory and staff names so the set is about your co-op, not co-ops in general.
A wireless handheld or lavalier microphone, a stage or clear area, and decent lighting. No slides, screens or props are required. He travels from Atlanta or Columbus, GA, and can drive to most events in the Southeast.
Send your meeting date, town and expected attendance. Jody will confirm availability and a quote within one business day.
